Registration Policies

Fees

Your course registration for face-to-face trainings must be received by the stated cut-off dates and times to qualify for published registration fees. Please note, we will not be able to accommodate registrations received after the last day of regular registration. EPE reserves the right to extend published registration fees without notice.

Confirmation of Attendance

Registration for face-to-face trainings is considered complete only after full payment of the registration fee has been received and processed. We cannot confirm your attendance without payment.

Wait List

Registration requests for face-to-face trainings received after the course has reached capacity are placed on a waiting list. EPE will notify individuals immediately when space becomes available and payment must be processed promptly.

Refunds

Face-to-Face Trainings:

REFUND POLICY for EPE hosted Foundations for Best Practice in Lactation Care 5-Day Course:

Refund requests must be in writing on business days to kristi@evergreenperinataleducation.com. Requests will be calculated from the next business day to start date of the course when determining refund rate. A $150 cancellation fee will be applied and deducted from refund total for requests submitted prior to four weeks before the first day of the class; a $200 cancellation fee will apply for all requests made between four weeks to two weeks prior to start of the course. No refunds will be issued for cancellations less than two weeks from the start of the course. No refunds or CEUs will be given for partial attendance; you must attend all class sessions. All funds are payable in U.S. dollars.


REFUND POLICY for EPE hosted "Excellence in Care with the Ten Steps" and "Advanced Update and Certification Strategies" courses:

A $50 cancellation fee will be applied and deducted from refund total for requests submitted prior to four weeks before the first day of the class; a $75 cancellation fee will apply for all requests made between four weeks to two weeks prior to start of the course. No refunds will be issued for cancellations less than two weeks from the start of the course. No refunds or CEUs will be given for partial attendance; you must attend all class sessions. All funds are payable in U.S. dollars.


Online Education:

All sales are final. All purchases for online courses are non refundable and non transferable.
