Culture: Challenges and Solutions

Price: $35

This one-and-a-half-hours course explores the decline and rise in breastfeeding rates due to cultural changes. We'll delve into the historical shift from bodyfeeding to bottle-feeding, examining the role of healthcare control and changing social norms. The course will discuss how cultural assumptions can create biases in care, impacting young families. We'll empower participants to identify and advocate for changes that address inequities in access to breastfeeding support and resources.

Excellent material. The rap video at the end made my day, I can't stop smiling or singing the refrain. I will be sharing the video with my colleagues
This course was great, really highlights how ones culture can affect the way that we think. We need to leave our biases at the door when caring for others.
I love the videos and pictures. Visual presentations make the course interesting and not boring.
